Sadie

iPAW helped Sadie and Jacy receive the care needed to manage their arthritis among other health concerns. iPAW has helped Sadie and Jacy's guardian offset the costs of radiographs, physical exams, laser therapy, and blood tests. Sadie was diagnosed with autoimmune hypothyroidism which requires medication and periodic blood tests to manage. Both dogs have arthritis which is managed with laser therapy. Sadie and Jacy are ongoing funding cases and donations are always appreciated to support them!

Three Stray Kittens

iPAW worked with Animal Doctor to provide care and ultimately find forever homes for three stray kittens found during winter.

Simon

Simon was in desperate need of a dental cleaning however due to a family tragedy his guardians could not afford this care. iPAW worked with Animal Doctor to provide Simon with pre-anesthetic bloodwork and his much needed dental cleaning.

Annie

Annie is a 2 year old quarter horse who was rescued from a feed lot in New Jersey. She sustained a large laceration on her front leg. iPAW worked with Animal Doctor to provide bandaging and wound care materials for Annie.

Pierre
Pierre

Pierre was a stray in 2014 who found his way into his new mom's heart. Pierre had an array of health difficulties but his main problem was a cleft palate. The cleft palate caused Pierre to sneeze out mucous and food. iPAW helped fund the surgery Pierre needed to close the hole in the roof of his mouth. Pierre's surgery went great and he made a full recovery.

Leo

Leo was presented for euthanasia due to severe aggression. Leo is a Savannah. He now eats raw diet and Chinese calming herbs. He has become a lover, but ruins bags of food by biting into them, urinates inappropriately, and ruins many of our cute furnishings. Many people visit us just to see Leo, but he is unadoptable!

Timmy was rescued from an abandoned cabin in Wisconsin along with 3 other cats. They were left in unlivable conditions to fend for themselves. He was flea infested but otherwise surprisingly healthy. With the help of iPAW Timmy is now receiving the veterinary care and treatment he needs. He has since found his forever home.

Ferty
Ferty

Ferty was found in a dumpster at a gas station in Iowa. Thanks to Dr. Jodie's daughter, Lindsay, Ferty is now a permanent Animal Doctor resident. He is a lucky boy. The Animal Doctor staff all help to care for this needy little guy. He had a broken tail and fractured pelvis. The damage associated with this injury has made him unable to urinate or defecate regularly on his own. He has a lot of accidents. So, he lives in our rubber-floored "Cat Camp."

Molly

Molly has an adrenal disorder called Cushings disease. Molly was given up to the local humane society after her owner could no longer care for her needs. Molly found her way back to Animal Doctor and has been doing well. She is on a species appropriate raw diet, whole food supplements, and chinese herbs to manage her condition.

Artie has eosinophic dermatitis, a difficult to manage skin condition which caused his last owners to surrender him. He is a work in progress and is currently a permanent clinic cat at Animal Doctor.

Bubba

Bubba was brought to his local veterinarian for euthanasia due to his guardians not being able to regulate his diabetes. When he was brought in he could no longer walk without assistance. With the help of iPAW, Bubba received the species-appropriate diet and insulin he needed. He was able to walk on his own and his diabetes was regulated. Bubba passed away at the age of 10.

Frankie was rescued from an abandoned cabin in Wisconsin along with 3 other cats. They were left in unlivable conditions to fend for themselves. He was flea infested, anemic, thin, and hyperthyroid. With the help of iPAW Frankie is now receiving the veterinary care and treatment he needs. Frankie has since found his forever home.

Jetson was on "death row" at the humane society due to perceived aggression. He is quite fearful about being pushed or potentially hit. He is enjoying his fantastic new life and loves to go sheep herding!

Ellie was rescued from an abandoned cabin in Wisconsin along with 3 other cats. They were left in unlivable conditions to fend for themselves. She was flea infested, anemic, thin, and battling an upper respiratory infection. With the help of iPAW Ellie is on the fast track to recovery and receiving the veterinary care and treatment she needs. Ellie has since found her forever home.

Mork

Mork was on “death row” at the old Milwaukee Humane Society when he was rescued. He has had two cancerous tumors removed. He had spondylosis. He ate a raw diet and was on a lot of supplements. He was Dr. Jodie's big boy for thirteen years. He was the best ball fetcher ever. He went swimming in an indoor pool and he was the kitty police in Dr. Jodie's house and at the clinic. He died suddenly due to the rupturing of an internal tumor on Feb. 8, 2012. He is missed terribly.

Toby

Toby, a three year old Pomeranian was born with epilepsy. When the side effects of conventional western medicine caused severe pancreatic pain and liver damage his guardians brought him to Animal Doctor for euthanasia. He was then given a second chance and adopted out. After a dramatic diet change, chinese herbs, whole food supplementation, a few needles and a lot of acupressure he surprised everyone and thrived for another happy healthy seven years!

Jake was surrendered to Animal Doctor when his guardians could no longer care for his medical conditions. He was also brought in for euthanasia. Jake had kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, cardiomyopathy, and lived for a while in remission from intestinal cancer. Jake was on various supplements and chinese herbs to manage his condition. Jake passed away at almost 18 years of age.

Snoopy was presented for euthanasia due to serious allergies when he was 3 years old. He used to scratch his face raw and had worn an e-collar for 3 years. After switching to a species appropriate raw diet and starting whole food supplements he is doing great. He has been Dr. Jodie's special boy for over a decade.

Jasmine is gorgeous and psychotic. She is a typical Bengal, not meant to live indoors, but we love her anyway. She is now a permanent resident at Animal Doctor.

Sadie is a mother dog who was shot between the eyes after giving birth to a litter of puppies and left for dead. Thankfully, through a series of events, she has been reborn through acts of generosity and hope. It is Sadie and Joal’s wish for Sadie to regain her ability to walk again someday.

Snoops

Snoops has severe summer allergies and has had two expensive urinary tract obstructions which caused his former owner to relinquish ownership. This makes him fairly unadoptable. He is on a species appropriate raw diet and many supplements to maintain him in a healthy state. Snoops developed intestinal cancer and has been put in remission using various holistic modalities.

Zayda was brought in to be euthanized after becoming paralyzed at 6 years of age. She was then surrendered to Animal Doctor for a second chance. After acupuncture, laser therapy, chinese herbs, whole food supplements, and a diet change Zayda regained her ability to walk and has been doing well since.

Jack was surrendered to Animal Doctor after a urinary obstruction. Jack has been managed on a species appropriate raw diet and supplements. He is a very sweet boy who is looking for his forever home. He is residing at Animal Doctor until he finds a home.
